This dark chocolate with only cocoa butter is covered with toasted cocoa nibs and gives velvety notes and slightly rough sensations in the mouth.

Cocoa is rich in antioxidants.

Chocolate with minimum 70% cocoa.

The chocolate tasting is suggested with an alcoholic combination (sweet liqueur, passito wine, etc.) or alternatively with mature and savory cheeses.

Our chocolate is gluten-free.

INGREDIENTS:

cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, cocoa bean nibs (10%).
