3. Shipping & Returns

Shipping: All artisanal chocolate products are shipped according to the method selected at checkout. Given the perishable nature of chocolate, we take great care in packaging; however, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the food-based and perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

4. Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third-party intellectual property. All logos, artisanal designs, recipes, text, branding, and photos related to Cioccolateria Veneziana remain solely the property of Cioccolateria Veneziana and its licensors.
