How do you send my order?

All our orders are shipped via BRT or GLS express courier. The goods will arrive at the address you indicated in 2/3 working days. We only ship once payment has been received (for payments by bank transfer, we only ship upon receipt of the credit).

IMPORTANT: in order to avoid errors/delays in delivery or delivery problems by the courier, we invite you to indicate a complete address in all its parts where there is someone willing to receive it. (Surname and name appearing on the doorbell of the home or office, the exact street and house number, eventual locality or hamlet). Please check the address carefully before submitting the order.

USEFUL INFORMATION: You can indicate a shipping address different from the billing address (e.g.: I pay and order, but I ship the goods/package to another person). This is a useful and recommended method for making gifts: therefore we can ship the package to the address of a friend, family member, or colleague, etc. It is important to fill in the shipping address section before completing the transaction.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: we ship throughout Europe; the cost varies depending on the shipping area and weight. Times may be a few days longer compared to shipping within Italy.
