Zabaione spreadable cream – milk and gluten free – 200 g

200 g pack of spreadable cream with fresh pasteurized eggs and Marsala wine.

For an adult audience looking for an original and decisive taste.

Without palm oil.

Gluten free.

With vegetable fibres.

Ideal for any combination: from mature cheeses to dry biscuits but also in the preparation of desserts.

Does not contain milk.

We prepare it in recycled glass jars with aluminum caps, so you will conserve it better.

We suggest to taste it at room temperature between 18/20°, better not refrigerate. Before use, emulsify with a spoon.

 

Ingredients: zabaglione paste 80% (sugar, FRESH PASTEURIZED EGG YOLK, Marsala wine, natural flavourings, modified starch, coloring E160a beta-carotene, citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate) sugar, vegetable fibres, cocoa butter, safflower oil and sunflower, sunflower lecithin.
