The grappa of our Venetian tradition. The grape variety most used in this distillate is Chardonnay. Grappa Regina is the grappa that most represents us, we have been producing it since 1960, and it boasts countless admirers.
It is distilled with the traditional bain-marie boiler method, the boilers are strictly made of copper and the method used is called “discontinuous”, characteristic of artisanal distillations that produce small batches and small productions unlike industrial productions that use a continuous method.
The pomace used is called “young and fresh” and is personally selected by our sommelier Francesco Mengo. It is advisable to taste it alone in a tulip glass at room temperature and in any case not cold, perhaps in combination with 90% dark chocolate from the Venetian chocolate factory.
