Soft fruit and grappa liquor
0,5 lt bottle.
The traditional venetian liquor is enriched with soft fruit (blackberry) and grappa.
The recipe expects the maceration of 1kg of fruit per liquor liter; the fruit is left in infusion and subsequently, after having transferred flavors and colors to the alcoholic infusion, it is eliminated.
The liquor is filtered and then is mixed with grappa and a bit of sugar.
Finally, is bottled adding in the bottom of each bottle some soft fruit.
A delight for the after dinner. The fruit and sweet flavor is really appreciated.
It’s recommendable to serve cool but not freeze.
Alcohol content Vol 25%
Ingredients: infusion of berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, currant), fruit: blueberries, good taste alcohol, brandy, sugar, flavorings.
