Berries and Grappa liqueur.

The traditional Venetian liqueur, enriched with berries (blueberry) and grappa.

The recipe requires the maceration of approximately 1 kg of fruit for each liter of liqueur; berries are infused and subsequently, after having transferred aromas and colors to the alcoholic infusion, they are eliminated.

The liqueur is lightly filtered and subsequently mixed with grappa and with the addition of a little sugar.

Finally it is bottled by adding some berries to the bottom of each bottle.

A real after-dinner delight. The fruity and sweet flavor is very appreciated.

It is recommended to serve cold but not frozen.

Alcohol content Vol 25%

Ingredients: infusion of berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, currants), fruit: blueberries, good taste alcohol, grappa, sugar, flavorings.
