This chocolate is made with cocoa from Sao Tome island, located in the Gulf of Guinea, 300 km west from Africa, with a climate perfect for its cultivation. One of the finest cocoas from Africa.
Taste: aromatic, intense, that starts with a fine and vanish acidity and a pleasant tip of astringency; immediately emerges the marked bitternes and the breadth of the typical aromas of cocoa. It ends with a good persistence of cocoa in the mouth and a final bit of balanced bitterness.
Recommended degustation at 18°/20° C.
