This chocolate is made with cocoa from the Sambriano region, in the north-east of Madagascar.

Taste: very pleasant, balanced in acidity, sweetness and bitterness, intense, aromatic and persistat. Presents marked fruity scents, breadth of typical cocoa aromas.

Recommended degustation at 18°/20° C.

Our chocolate is gluten free.
