Milk chocolate with only cocoa butter meets Himalayan salt in a combination that contrasts sweet and savory in a single bar.
The result is a delicious and appetizing chocolate.
Himalayan pink salt is a very ancient, pure mineral salt. It is very rich in mineral salts, among which we find iron above all. The characteristic pink color is due both to the high presence of this mineral and to the fact that this special variety of salt is not subjected to any whitening treatment.
The salt crystals can be perceived in the mouth but the effect is desired.
Our chocolate is gluten-free.
