Our dark chocolate has an high percent of cocoa (approx.. 62%) and to make it we use only cocoa butter.

The combination of our dark chocolate with hazelnuts, raisins and rum is a recipe that is well suited to a quick snack or an alternative and tasty after dinner.

Our chocolate is gluten and palm oil free.

Recommended degustation at 18/20° C.

INGREDIENTS:

dark chocolate (cocoa 61%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), rum aroma, raisins (0.14%), trilobate round hazelnut (0.11%) ).
