This chocolate is made with a cocoa from the Guayas province. A cocoa that conserves the characteristics of the traditional Ecuador Arriba.

Taste: floral profile, classic bitterness, with a bit of acid and astringent flavor: free vent to the typical cocoa aromas. In conclusion emerges the flower aroma and persists long time in the mouth.

Recommended degustation at 18°/20° C.
